The imbalance in current sampling in PMSM drives can introduce severe harmonics, thereby degrading the control performance of the PMSM. In this paper, a notch filter-based high-frequency signal injection method is proposed to solve this problem in PMSM drives during self-commission. The method can maintain the motor standstill and is not affected by inverter nonlinear effect. Using the notch filters improves the quality of key signals, further alleviating the issue of current sampling imbalance. Finally, the experiments are validated on a solid platform.
