We present in this paper a demonstration of THz transmission system enabling a full frequency duplex link in the 300 GHz band using a single THz path. The system is based on a super heterodyne architecture that enables to up-convert 71-76 GHz and 81-86 GHz signals to the 300 GHz band. The system introduces a frequency duplexing system to achieve a bidirectional transmission in a single THz path. The performances of the system are analysed, and the system validation is done using IP traffic with 12.6 Gbit/s over 645 m.
