A missile-borne high-integrated plug-in electronic chassis is proposed to meet the requirement of miniaturization of missile-borne radar systems. The power supply box of electronic equipment is used as the blind transmission and mounting bracket of processing board. Exceptional blind mating characteristics are realized by applying two-staged guidance. Radial and axial dimensions can be adjusted and expanded according to the space requirements simultaneously. Structural stiffness is well promised by adopting the wedge locking strip which is used to compress the flange. The requirements of deformation under serious vibrations are met while realizing the high integration and miniaturization. Missile-borne environmental adaptability technology, lightweight and high-integrated design technology of structure and integrated technology for mechanical, electrical and thermal design are broken through in this paper.
