Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is the gradual loss of kidney function over a time period. Which is morbidity cause of diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Also chronic kidney diseases accelerating the cardiovascular mortality rate because of dangerous levels of fluid and waste could build up in the blood. Hence early detection of this disease is effective for other organ effected by this failure in body. This paper demonstrates the early prediction model of kidney diseases using adaptive neuro fuzzy logic system (ANFIS). This model diagnosis the stages of kidney diseases so the treatment can be provide according to disease condition. Mat lab based ANFIS CKD stage prediction model is presented with accuracy of 94 per cent in term of actual output to estimated output.
