The high throughput and low latency internet services are required for each device to do well. There are a number of reasons behind the internet speed. The most important reasons are that the TCP/IP protocol does not completely use the actual channel bandwidth and congestion occurrence during the data transmission. The occurrence of congestion attracts research to find new innovative ways of avoiding congestion or making a congestion free network. Researchers are trying to develop a more effective and efficient congestion control algorithm to solve the congestion situation. The different bandwidth of communication medium used by the computer network that's why not gets the maximum throughput. The TCP congestion control algorithm can make the server congestion free and provide reliable data communication. In this paper, we are analysis different congestion control algorithm as TCP New Reno, TCP BIC, and hybrid TCP Illinois on the basis of different parameters with The suggested fresh TCP ACC congestion control algorithm is based on the TCP BIC congestion control algorithm which demonstrates slightly better outcomes compared to the real TCP BIC algorithm.
