In order to explore the appearance properties of hyaluronic acid viscose seamless knitted fabric, this study took the material types of hygroscopic and sweat - absorbing yarn in the veil, the arrangement ratio of hyaluronic acid viscose yarn and hygroscopic and sweat - absorbing yarn in the veil and the fabric structure as test factors to design the sample scheme. According to the orthogonal test design, 16 fabric samples were obtained. Then the rigid flexibility, anti - pilling and wrinkling recovery of 16 samples were tested and analyzed. The results show that hyaluronic acid viscose yarns and diacetate yarns in the veil are arranged in a ratio of 75: 25, and the fabric with mesh structure has the lowest stiffness and flexibility. The type and arrangement ratio of veil materials have great influence on the anti - pilling performance of fabric, but the fabric structure has little influence. Hyaluronic acid viscose yarn and copper ammonia fiber yarn in the veil are arranged in a ratio of 75: 25, and the fabric with mesh structure has the best crease recovery performance.
