Aiming at the security and stability problems such as voltage overlimit, three-phase imbalance and islanding protection in low-voltage distribution network caused by a large number of decentralized access of distributed power sources in the new electrical power system, this paper focuses on the intelligent monitoring and control of operation data and status of generation side equipment based on the hierarchical collaborative comprehensive regulation idea of the new power system. A new energy control terminal is proposed, which integrates multiple composite functions such as intelligent collection of composite information of new energy power station and implementation of regional dispatching strategy. The terminal integrated the generation side cooperative control device and the cooperative software carrying the regional power scheduling algorithm.
