This paper investigates the effectiveness of the compressed sensing algorithms: FISTA and HQR, used in synthetic aperture arrays for THz reflection imaging. Two copper wires were used as the targets which were placed near each other. As a result, FISTA and HQR achieved almost the same position estimation performance as MUSIC, and it was confirmed that both algorithms can also estimate the signal intensity of the reflected signals simultaneously in simulation. However, HQR is recommended for accuracy, and FISTA for simultaneity in actual measurement set ups.
