An optical re-distribution based on micro-mirrors and polymer waveguide was demonstrated on a silicon photonics die for advanced co-packaged optics. Low wavelength dependent characteristics was obtained and 28GBaud NRZ signal was also successfully transmitted with negligible signal distortions.
