Engagement and understanding of social media formulation and network mechanism for the boundaries of information flow is a central process of social network analysis. Typically, users relate and interact via these spaces for example Twitter to form a relationship. Here, we propose a social computation and classification model which can retain interpretability and the ability to detect events from anomalies. We built and analyzed our model on social and physical data sets that encapsulate features and retain heterogeneity. This is to model information dissemination across the network to establish modularity and centralization in diverse information structures. We analyze social twitter data and NOAA physical data sets into information structure. This structure accurately classifies the tweet categories according to the system model with an average accuracy of 0.97 and balances the tradeoff between the cost and network structure.
