This paper presents the T-LAMP’s preliminary results by presenting an architecture concept from a hardware and software perspective. This project approaches the natural turf growth problem in the stadium’s environment using LED technology panels to optimize its growth. The LED technology supplies narrow spectral with higher energetical efficiency when compared to the High-Pressure Sodium lamps, which are widely used in this kind of application. Within the project’s scope, several modules of the architecture are in the initial phase of development. In the sensor module, it was already possible to collect data referring to the soil measures. As in the parent module, a simulation of this data is sent to the developed cloud platform using FIWARE components to manage and store data. Furthermore, the LED panel that will be used in the final structure of the cars is shown.
