According to the World Health Organization, it is a serious issue because noncommunicable diseases such as early heart disease, diabetes, and cancer are on the rise globally. Diets that are unhealthy have been recognized as a significant contributor to several illnesses. Due to the growth of online information, Recommendation Systems (RS) have been employed to effectively reduce information overload in a variety of businesses. The use of RS for health has recently been a study area that is developing due to its significant benefits in providing appropriate recommendations and supporting people in making the best decisions for their health. RS for health has recently been a hot issue among the RS community due to its enormous benefits in supporting individuals in promoting their health by pr ovi ding useful personalized advice. By utilizing the diet recommendation system user may easily obtain information regarding what diet needs to be taken according to the physical conditions of the user. This research study intends to develop an efficient Machine Learning (ML) model to recommend the correct diet for the user by using the nutritional data along with the profile and also recommended diet for different classes of users according to their fitness target.
