This paper presents a polarization reconfigurable antenna using liquid metal alloy. Proposed antenna consists of a source antenna and a metasurface (MS) as superstrate. A 4x4 element array on top and bottom side of thin dielectric substrate is used as metasurface. Three polarization states LP, LHCP and RHCP is achieved using liquid metal injection through different inlets. A good radiation performance with 3dB fractional bandwidth of around 3.4% has been achieved. Proposed antenna is low cost, low profile and can be used in wireless systems for polarization diverse applications.
