The purpose of this research is to ensure the ease of listening of voice output from home appliances by adjusting the voice characteristics without changing the output hardware so that the existing IoT home appliances can be used without modifications. The intended application is voice communication using home appliance loudspeakers, which is one example of an IoT service. Communication voice speech quality created using four speech synthesis tools was evaluated and compared using Mean Opinion Scores and speech intelligibility.
