High step-down DC-DC converters and rectifiers are required for large applications such as a battery charger. This report proposes the dual 2-stage Cockcroft-Walton circuit as the high step-down all-passive rectifier. The rectifier provides the output voltage depended on the circuit parameter. Then, this report investigates the operation of the proposed rectifier by numerical simulations. It is numerically clarified that the duty ratio of the input source adjusts the output voltage of the proposed dual 2-stage CW circuit.
