Keyword analysis highlights stress, workload, and job satisfaction as frequently mentioned keywords. This study contributes to the understanding of workload and occupational frustration in organizational behavior. It emphasizes the need for further research, particularly in Indonesia where the topic remains underexplored compared to international studies, enabling organizations to develop effective interventions, optimize workload distribution, and enhance employee well-being. Future scholars, particularly in Indonesia, are encouraged to contribute to the literature in this field.
