Because of the close relationship between pregnancy complications and maternal hemoglobin concentration during pregnancy, this paper discusses the correlation between pregnancy weeks and maternal hemoglobin concentration during pregnancy. In this study, 17,163 subjects in Anning area were analyzed. Gestational weeks and hemoglobin concentration of pregnant female were recorded, and the subjects were divided into group A (2019) according to the detection years. Group B (2020); Group C (2021). The obtained data were analyzed by t test respectively to determine whether the two had statistical significance. Perason correlation analysis technology and binary logistics regression were used to analyze the correlation between hemoglobin concentration in pregnant mothers and the number of weeks of pregnancy. The number of anemia in pregnant female during pregnancy was 5.2%. According to Perason correlation analysis, there was a negative correlation between maternal hemoglobin concentration and gestational weeks among different groups. Through the binary logistics regression analysis, the hemoglobin concentration of pregnant mothers during pregnancy can be explained by the number of pregnant weeks. Conclusion: Hemoglobin concentration is of great significance to the physical and mental safety of pregnant female and infants, especially in the third trimester of pregnancy should be paid more attention to, timely and effective detection of anemia, can effectively protect the life safety of pregnant female and infants.
