In order to establish a correct operation and maintenance method for key equipment of urban power distribution network, an operation evaluation technology for key equipment of urban power supply system based on Internet of Things information perception technology is provided. First, we use the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the initial weight of the system and the directed incidence matrix to calculate λ which is the best mode of fuzzy measurement. Choquet fuzzy integral is also used to obtain the steady-state operation index of the system. Then, the important state indexes in the system are analyzed by using the uncertain measurement evaluation method based on the entropy weight theory. A two-dimensional plane is formed by the coordinate axes of the safe operation index and the important state index of the system, and the online working stage of the distribution network and other key equipment is analyzed. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the technology are proved by an example.
