ANP method is used to construct the anti-explosive terrorist attack capability evaluation system and calculation model. Membership degree theory and fuzzy operator are used to quantitatively solve the calculation model, and the weight and interdependence of each index are calculated. Based on the calculation results, the shortcomings of anti-explosive terrorist attack are retrospectively analyzed and suggestions for improvement are put forward. The relevant research conclusions are of reference significance to the improvement of anti-explosive terrorist attack capability of blasting company and the theoretical construction of anti-terrorist operation.
