The paper proposes a new type distribution network true test laboratory to solve the current problems faced by the grid company in the process of new distribution system construction work, such as new technology, new equipment adaptability verification, performance evaluation, promotion and application. Based on the Hongfeng Lake active distribution network demonstration project, the Lab comprehensively utilizes the existing power supply, network framework foundation, and photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage, cold and hot power, hydroelectric power, electric vehicles, flexible loads, microgrids and other multielement energy sources. The project explores the direction and key technologies for the digital transformation of active distribution grids, and realises a seamless transition from experimental debugging to actual application at the production site.
