We propose and demonstrate a thin-film periodically poled lithium niobate waveguide with high conversion efficiency for second-harmonic generation. Normalized conversion efficiency up to 3100 %W$^{\mathbf{-1}} {\mathbf{cm}} ^{\mathbf{-2}}$ is achieved with 1555 nm pump wavelength.
