In order to guide State Grid Sichuan Company to evaluate the digital transformation process of its subordinate prefecture-level companies and directly-affiliated units, this paper mines the digital transformation maturity evaluation indicators through the digital transformation maturity evaluation process. Besides, based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper constructs a five-level comprehensive evaluation system structure, which is composed of target layer, tier 1 index layer, tier 2 index layer, tier 3 index layer, and main body layer. Finally, the 9 standard degree method and the expert scoring method are used to determine the weight distribution of each indicator in a hierarchical grouping and bottom-up manner, forming the first digital transformation maturity evaluation indicator system in the energy industry. It provides a theoretical basis for the digital transformation evaluation work of the headquarter and other provincial companies under the State Grid Group.
