VR can be used for creating situated learning environment, so most of research focused on applying VR on teaching and learning. Nevertheless, learning new information technology, including VR, is the educational target in senior high school. To engage the learners in learning information technology is an important educational task. Therefore, this study developed a systematic learning modular for VR technology based on learning by doing strategy, conducted a one-semester learning experiment in a senior high school, and investigated the learners’ perception towards VR technology learning. The results revealed that the learners showed high motivation and perception towards VR technology learning. However, some of learning dilemmas should be reduced in the future.
