Neutralization line (NL) decoupling using an innovative structure is discussed in this article to diminish the correlation between two radiating elements of MIMO antenna. A co-axial feed, a compact antenna is designed with dual-band operating bands covering 5G as well as ISM band application. The impedance matching of the MIMO antenna is amended by the open-ended slots in the pulverized plane. A rectangular ring structure is connected between the two radiators which are separated by $\mathbf{0.3}\ \boldsymbol{\lambda}_{\mathrm{O}}$ distance. The decoupling structure is modifying the current moment significantly which creates an additional operating band in the antenna as well as current neutralization occurs due to the oppositive movement of surface wave between the NL structure and ground plane. This current nullification advances the isolation up to 13 dB. The simulated MIMO parameters are examined and they are under permissible limits.
