The PDCA cycle imposed by the ISO 9000 Quality Standard [10] suggests a control loop in automation. The authors have innovatively implemented this cycle in the MATLAB software, finding a common ground between automation with quality control. The production lines have, in addition to the final check required by the PDCA cycle, intermediate checks so that a product that will anyway be inconsistent can be removed from the production line. This saves manpower, energy and machinery loads. The quality management system has been functionally implemented and tested in the MATLAB -Simulink modeling and simulation environment.
