This paper revealed the results on enhanced bandwidth antenna array designed to operate at a frequency of 6.8GHz. Single antenna used in this array is Circularly polarized square slot antenna (CPSSA). Each single antenna is made by using inverted L shape grounded strips located at slots opposite corner to reduce cross polarization. Symmetric coplanar waveguide feeding is used in this antenna. Here CPSSA performance has been enhanced in terms of impedance bandwidth and axial ratio bandwidth by using sequential rotated feed technique at the cost of reduced gain and directivity. Sequentially rotated feed technique are made by using 2×2 antenna array. This technique enhances the impedance bandwidth of 3.8 GHz in the range of 4.5 GHz to 8.3 GHz and it is also enhance 3 dB axial ratio bandwidth for VSWR
