In modern medicine data combination on various aspects of organ's morphology and function is required in diagnostic process and therapeutic decisions making. These data are usually obtained using different (two- and three-dimensional) medical imaging techniques. In this paper we present a system which provides support for creating three dimensional medical models combining results from different medical examinations and thus giving a better insight into situation which is being examined. As a prove of concept we submit a solution of combining CT (Computed Tomography) and ECHO (Echocardiography) bull's-eye display. System is intended for use in clinical environments as a sophisticated and easy to use tool for visualization of complex medical data.
