This proposed work introduces the NodeMCU(ESP8266) microcontroller, a variety of sensors (including the DHT11, MQ135, and PIR), a display, and a buzzer all working together to create a novel smart kitchen system. This all-in-one answer revolutionizes the kitchen by boosting security, comfort, and productivity. The NodeMCU serves as the primary controller, gathering information from the sensors, exchanging messages with the user via the screen, and sounding alarms via the buzzer. DHT11 sensor for temperature and humidity monitoring, MQ135 sensor for gas detection, PIR sensor for occupancy detection, and a buzzer for alerts. The data can be saved and displayed visually in graphs for better comprehension. This comprehensive smart kitchen system is a great option for contemporary homes because of its low price, high usability, and extensive set of features. In this abstract, it showcases how this technology integration transforms traditional kitchens into connected, intelligent spaces, ultimately improving daily life.
