The big data analysis and integration capability overlaps with the big data capability and big data analysis capability in concept. The current research on the big data analysis and integration capability usually focuses on the big data capability and big data analysis capability, while the research on the big data analysis and integration capability is less. From the perspective of supply chain collaborative innovation, this paper studies the impact mechanism of big data analysis integration capability on enterprise innovation performance. Based on the dualistic innovation theory, we uses two dimensions of breakthrough innovation and incremental innovation to express supply chain collaborative innovation, and reveals the intermediary effect of supply chain collaborative innovation. Based on 205 effective samples of manufacturing industry with big data application practice, a structural equation model with supply chain collaborative innovation as the intermediary is constructed. It is found that the ability of big data analysis and integration has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance, Both dimensions of supply chain collaborative innovation have a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance. The research expands the research on the antecedents of big data analysis and integration capability on enterprise innovation performance, enriches the theoretical analysis of the aftereffect of big data analysis and integration capability, and provides theoretical reference for the empirical research of big data analysis and integration capability and innovation management practice.
