The dry calibration of Electromagnetic flow meter has wide prospect in industries. In this paper, the method of dry calibration is study by the way of simulation and numerical calculation. The ANSYS provides magnetic field distribution of flow meter. Then, after the creation of fluid simulation by FLUENT combine with the weight function, the instantaneously inducted electromotive force can finally be calculated. The method provides possibility of implementation in dry calibration.
