As an important part of power transmission and conversion, it is important to establish a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system for substations. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation system model of substation containing safety, energy efficiency and environmental protection indexes is established, then the index weights are determined based on AHP-EWM, and the material element topology method is introduced to rank the comprehensive level of substations in order of merits and demerits, and the actual substation is simulated and analyzed, and the results show that the comprehensive evaluation indexes and model of substation can reflect the comprehensive level of substation.
