The development progress of an X-band continuous wave klystron and a Ka-band continuous wave extended interaction klystron is introduced in this paper. The X-band klystron achieves 150kW continuous wave output power and 100MHz bandwidth. The Ka-band extended interaction klystron with depressed collector achieves 1kW continuous wave output power and 35.2% efficiency.
