Reptile leathercraft, especially snakeskin, is a craft of high commercial value. It's just that in choosing a suitable snakeskin or quality to be made into leather craft is very minimal knowledge that is owned by craftsmen, to facilitate that researchers want to take advantage of technological developments. One of them Decision support systems are systems that are used to support computer-based management decision making that can solve unstructured problems. The decision making process in determining a good snake skin is still done by choosing according to the shape seen from the snake skin, where the calculation process takes a long time. Based on these problems, there is a need for computer-based calculations that can be used to help make decisions in determining the quality of snakeskin that is good for leather crafting. The method used in selection the quality of snake skin is AHP which is consists of three criteria, namely skin size criteria, physical skin and skin color on a snake skin and which are alternative skins of python, sunbeam, radiata and mangrove. After knowing the parameters, the next step is to analyze system requirements, engineer knowledge, apply methods and test the system using AHP software. This research will later produce a decision that supports decision makers in choosing quality snakeskin for leather crafting.
