This paper presents, compact wideband orthogonal polarized omnidirectional antenna. The proposed antenna is the combination of a Halo antenna with double-shell structure and a dipole antenna. The antenna characteristics are clarified by the simulation. To improve the directivity deviation between both polarizations, this antenna is loaded with two short elements on the opposite side of the aperture of the Halo antenna and parasitic element so as not to contact each other. As a result of the simulation, the characteristics of the proposed antenna are that the relative bandwidth is 9.0%, and the antenna height and diameter are 0.46λ 0 and 0.14λ 0 (λ 0 the wavelength of the center operational frequency), respectively.
