With the increase in the aging population in China, there is a growing demand for medical services, highlighting the uneven distribution of medical resources and posing significant challenges to the health care capabilities of hospitals. Consequently, designing an intelligent home health service robot that provides online diagnostics for family members can help alleviate the shortage of medical resources. This paper establishes a model of the robot using Solid Works, conducts finite element simulation analysis on key components, and the results show that the robot operates within safe limits. Additionally, important components were optimized for weight reduction using Fusion360. The final design integrates basic patient treatment, medicine storage, intelligent companionship, and security alarm functions into one intelligent home health service robot. This paper can provide a theoretical reference for the design of intelligent home service robots.
