In this paper, a horn array antenna applied to 24GHz radar is implemented. The size of the whole antenna array is 95mm × 45mm × 17.12mm. The realizability and precision of machining are fully considered in the design. The feed network layer is amplitude weighted in the direction of polarization to suppress the sidelobe. The amplitude distribution is realized by the unequal power component of the T-node of the waveguide. The measured results show that the Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) of the antenna array is less than 1.5 in the frequency band of 24~24.2GHz, and the normal gain of the whole band beam is more than 21dBi, which meets the practical application requirements in real life.
