Addressing the challenges of integrating, transmitting, and sharing multi-source heterogeneous data generated during the operation of wind turbine units, this study analyzes the real-time operational data provided by the wind turbine SCADA system. Combined with data from other systems within the wind farm and historical data, it proposes unified platform management for data and establishes a Data Warning Supervision Center platform. This facilitates data integration and sharing within the wind farm, providing data support for real-time online warning analysis. The goal is to reduce equipment maintenance costs, enhance the economic performance of the wind farm, and assist maintenance personnel. Additionally, integrating the gearbox oil temperature early warning method for wind turbine units, a wind turbine unit early warning platform is designed and developed, combined with wind farm operations and maintenance management, along with simulation analysis. Through a case study of the gearbox oil temperature warning module, the specific application process of this solution is presented, demonstrating its effectiveness based on usage.
