Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that is shown to support decision-making management and computer-based systems that are able to solve unstructured problems [1]. The decision making process to reward outstanding employees is still done manually, which in the selection process requires inefficient and effective time. It is necessary to create an application that can be used to assist decision making in awarding rewards for outstanding employees. The method used in awarding high performing employees is the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) which is a method that has a concept where the chosen alternative that achieves not only has the shortest distance from the ideal ideal solution, but also has the longest distance from the ideal ideal solution. The result of this research is the acquisition of an employee entitled to be awarded. So in this case study the employee earning the Award is Employee2 with a sum of 36250.
