The features of calibration techniques for a multichannel multi-frequency medical radiothermograph are considered, taking into account the degree of matching of the applicator antennas with the biological object, which provide an increase in the accuracy of measuring radio brightness temperatures and the long-term stability of its parameters. The results of the development of a specialized stand for carrying out experimental studies of the parameters of a multi-channel multi-frequency radiothermograph are presented. The results of experimental studies of the layout of a 10-channel dual-frequency radiothermograph designed for operation in the 40 cm and 20 cm wavelength ranges are presented
