In this paper, based on 0.35 µ m BCD process, an integrated monolithic H-bridge motor driver chip with excellent dynamic performance is designed, which can be used in medium and small power motor control systems. The operating voltage of the chip is 2.5V-24V, the on-resistance is 600m Ω, the maximum operating frequency is 200KHz, and the maximum output current is 1.5A. The chip provides four basic driving modes: standby, forward, reverse and braking, and integrates undervoltage protection circuit, over-temperature protection circuit and over-current protection circuit.
