With the development of communication technology, more and more entities are added to the communication network and become elements of the network, and the Internet of Vehicles industry has therefore flourished. Communication performance of V2X is crucial to the development of IoV industry. However, there is little research on the performance evaluation and analysis work in V2X communication. In this paper, evaluation index for LTE-V2X performance is presented and performance evaluation work in V2V communication and in V2I communication are separately exhibited. For V2V communication, the LTE-V2X communication delay and changes of PRR in the traffic-intensive scenario are verified. For V2I communication, test and analysis of the impact of OBU antenna placed in the car and on the roof on the quality of the received signal are conducted.
