This paper proposed a new approach for Least Significant Bit (LSB) based on image steganography. In this method, as a result of horizontal and vertical scanning of the image, the neighboring pixels which the first 7 bits unchanged are determined, and the message is written to the LSB of these pixels with predetermined sequence. In this way the hidden message would be distributed throughout the image. Besides indiscernible tone difference occur between the neighboring pixels because the message is written to the last bits of neighboring pixels which color doesn't change. The steganalysis performance of the proposed method was found using the mean square error and signal to noise ratio. The comparison is made with conventional LSB method.
