Over the last years, the PV systems have become a very attractive solution in view of achieving sustainability and efficient local generation with applicability for university campuses. However, such grids exhibit high load variation spanning from low (during vacation) to high (during winter semesters, for example). Thus, the voltage regulation in low voltage grids becomes important. The purpose of this work is to present five control strategies for voltage regulation based either on using electricity storage, transformer tap changing or on a combination of both.
