We present numerical study on two-dimensional circular optical phased arrays with compact optical antennas that effectively suppress grating sidelobes (> 10 dB), magnify field-of-view to $360 ^{\circ} \times 5 ^{\circ}$, and narrow beamwidth down to 1.14°. Circular arrays are promising candidates for communication and LIDAR systems.
