the spectrum of sum frequency generation when converting multiline CO laser radiation in ZnGeP 2 under noncritical spectral phase-matching was thorougly studied. This spectrum was found to be a broadband comb of multiline groups with complicated fine substructure that is attractive for atmospheric spectroscopy.
