目的 以具有冬眠特性的中华鳖为研究对象, 探究冬眠后精子的发生规律.方法 对9月、12月和来年3月的中华鳖睾丸组织进行形态学比较分析, 并采用免疫组织化学的方法研究肌酸激酶的表达定位.结果 在冬眠后的曲细精管内依然存在精子的发生和精子的释放, 这和传统观点存在差异, 同时发现中华鳖3种肌酸激酶亚型在冬眠前后的曲细精管中均存在表达.结论 冬眠期并非精子发生的完全静止期, 肌酸激酶在精子发生的能量代谢中可能发挥重要作用.
Objective To explore the spermatogenesis after hibernation in Chinese soft-shelled turtles. Methods Testicular tissues were collected in September, December, and March of next year. The spermatogenesis was analyzed through comparative morphological studies and evaluation of creatine kinase expression and localization. Results There were spermatogenesis and sperm release in the seminiferous tubules after hibernation, which is different from the traditional view. Moreover, as a key gene of energy metabolism, all three subtypes of creatine kinase were expressed in the seminiferous tubules before and after hibernation. Conclusion Hibernation is not a complete resting phase of spermatogenesis, and creatine kinases may play an important role in energy metabolism during spermatogenesis in Chinese soft-shelled turtles.
