目的 对治疗脑卒中的研究成果进行分析,重点介绍了缺血性脑卒中损伤的作用机制,对今后治疗药物的研发及临床治疗提供了参考依据.方法 通过百度学术、Pubmed、CNKI等国内外数据库检索关于脑卒中损伤作用机制的文献,筛选分析以脑缺血再灌注损伤为主的作用机制研究.结果 脑缺血再灌注损伤伴随缺血性脑卒中的治疗而产生,参与脑卒中损伤的机制包括能量代谢障碍、酸中毒、氧化应激、氮化应激、Ca2+超载、线粒体功能障碍、兴奋性氨基酸过度释放、炎症反应、血脑屏障破坏等.结论 脑卒中的损伤机制极其复杂,目前研究已经深入到分子水平,信号通路研究与靶向治疗都是当今研究的热点.
Objective After analyzing the research about stroke treatment, the text focus on the mechanism of ischemic stroke injury and provide a reference for the future development of therapeutic drugs and clinical treatment. Methods The literature on the mechanism of stroke injury was searched through the database of Baidu academic, Pubmed, CNKI at home and abroad, and the mechanism of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was screened and analyzed. Results Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is accompanied with the treatment of ischemic stroke.The mechanisms involved in stroke include energy metabolism disorders, acidosis, oxidative / nitrotic stress, Ca2+overload, mitochondrial dysfunction, excitatory amino acids excessivly released, inflammation, blood-brain barrier damage. Conclusion The mechanism of stroke injury is extremely complicated and the research has been deep into the molecular level. Both signaling pathway and targeted therapy are hot topics in recent years.
