基于2008~2018年京津冀地区13个地级市的面板数据,构建SBM-DEA效率模型对绿色技术创新效率与生态经济效率进行测度,并建立耦合协调度模型、空间模型探究两者耦合协调时空演化趋势及空间效应特征.研究发现:绿色技术创新与生态经济发展效率表现出明显正相关关系,在整体发展和分段演化中均表现出较高一致性,两者耦合协调度呈稳步上升态势,逐步进入高度耦合协调阶段;绿色技术创新与生态经济发展耦合协调度在空间上呈现正向自相关关系,两者表现出一定的空间集聚分布特征.从时空演变格局来看,研究期内京津冀地区两者耦合协调度集聚类型呈现由"低效型大差异"向"高效型小差异"的时空格局演进态势;绿色技术创新与生态经济发展效率耦合协调度存在正向空间溢出效应,且影响两者耦合协调发展的因素表现出显著的差异性.其中产业结构高级化、城市信息化水平、经济发展水平、文化教育水平具有正向空间溢出效应,FDI投资水平和交通便利度具有负向空间溢出效应,其余因素空间溢出效应不显著.
Based on the panel data of 13 prefecture-level cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2008 to 2018,the SBM-DEA efficiency model is constructed to measure the green technology innovation efficiency and eco-economic efficiency,and the coupling coordination degree model and spatial model are established to explore the spatio-temporal evolution trend and spatial effect characteristics of the two.The study finds that there is an obvious positive correlation between green technology innovation and eco-economic development effi-ciency,showing a high consistency in the overall development and sectional evolution,and that the degree of coupling coordination between them shows a steady upward trend,gradually entering the stage of high coupling coordination.The coupling coordination degree of green technological innovation and eco-economic development shows a positive autocorrelation in space,and they both show certain characteristics of spatial agglomeration and distribution.From the perspective of spatio-temporal evolution pattern,the agglomeration type of coupling coordination degree in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has evolved from"low efficiency,big difference"to"high efficiency,small difference"form 2008 to 2018.There is a positive spatial spillover effect in the coupling coordi-nation degree of green technological innovation and eco-economic development efficiency.And the factors that affect the coordinated development of the two coupling show significant differences.Among them,advanced in-dustrial structure,urban information level,economic development level,cultural and educational levels have positive spatial spillover effects.FDI investment level and transportation convenience have negative spatial spill-over effects,and other factors have no significant spatial spillover effects.
