随着职业教育改革方案的实施,中职院校应在原有的中餐烹饪与营养膳食专业教学基础上,加强实践教学管理,提高教学质量与效果.基于此,本文提出中餐烹饪与营养膳食专业将理论教学与实践教学相结合,旨在提升学生的专业技能和综合能力,为餐饮行业培养高专业、高技能的创新型烹饪人才.
With the implementation of the vocational education reform plan,in order to meet the needs of modern teaching,secondary vocational colleges should strengthen practical teaching management and improve teaching quality and effectiveness on the basis of the original teaching of Chinese cuisine cooking and nutritional diet.Based on this,this article proposes to combine theoretical teaching with practical teaching in the field of Chinese cuisine cooking and nutritional diet,and construct a practical teaching management model,aiming to enhance students'professional skills and comprehensive abilities,and cultivate innovative culinary talents with high professionalism and skills for the catering industry.
