事件作为理解现实世界的基本语义单元,事件的语义表示对于事件数据的语义互操作以及基于事件的智能化应用具有重要意义.[方法/过程]通过收集整理国内外主要的事件表示方法和事件语义表示模型,从事件内涵的差异来源、事件的主要表达方式以及目前典型的事件语义表示模型几个方面,来对比分析事件语义表示的差异.[结果/结论]通过分析发现,目前的事件表达方式之间的差异至少会受到事件类型、呈现载体以及应用等方面的影响.同时,目前的事件语义表示模型的要素主要包含事件本身、事件的参与者、事件的时空特征、事件之间及事件和其他要素之间的关系,以及事件和其他要素的附属信息等几个维度,基于图像、音视频载体资源的事件表示模型并不常见.不同的事件语义表示模型具有不同的组织粒度,在不同的基于事件的应用中,统一的事件语义表示仍会存在一定的困难,但组成事件的基本要素基本一致.
Event is the basic semantic unit in the process of understanding the real world. The semantic represen-tation of event is of great significance to the semantic interoperation of event data and the intelligent application based on event. [Method/Process]Based on the collection of typical semantic representation methods and event models, differences of event representation are ana-lyzed from aspects of event connotation, event representation methods and models. [Result/Conclusion]It is found that the differences be-tween current event representations would at least be influenced by the type of event, the presentation carrier, and the application. At the same time, the current event semantic representation models mainly include the elements of the event itself, event participants, the charac-teristics of space and time, relationships between events and other elements, other ancillary information elements and so on. Event repre-sentation models based on image or audio-video carrier resources are not common at present. Different event models have different granu-larity. In different event-based applications, the uniform semantic representation of events will still face some challenges, but the basic el-ements in event models are the same.
